Summary

On August 17, 2019, [redacted]'s sister [redacted] was smoking marijuana in a [redacted] at [redacted] in Manhattan when she was arrested by PO Asilhan Kozan, PO Jose Pacheco, and PO Juan Carrero, all of PSA 6. [redacted]'s mother, [redacted] and her sisters, [redacted] and [redacted] went into the hallway where [redacted] was handcuffed to see what was happening, and to get a pair of pants, as [redacted] was wearing a small pair of shorts. While they were in the hallway, all of the aforementioned officers allegedly refused to provide their names and shield numbers to [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A-L- Abuse of Authority- [redacted]). When [redacted] went into the elevator to put pants on [redacted] PO Pacheco allegedly threatened to arrest her (Allegation M- Abuse of Authority- [redacted]). After [redacted] was taken to the PSA 6 stationhouse, [redacted] and [redacted] followed her to the stationhouse, where they met PO Shamika Rodgers, who allegedly refused to take their complaint against officers (Allegation N- Abuse of Authority- [redacted]).
