Summary

On August 13, 2019, at approximately 9:30 p.m., [redacted] and his friends sat at a bench behind the [redacted] NYCHA complex, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. Police Officers William Schumacher and Anthony Waite—both from the 75th Precinct—approached and questioned the individuals (Allegations A-E – Abuse of Authority: Question; [redacted]).
