On August 27, 2019, at approximately 10 p.m., in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn, Police Officer Anthony Bomparola and Police Office Anthony Davila, both of the 79th Precinct, stopped [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), both officers allegedly frisked (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and searched [redacted] (Allegations E and F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Bomparola allegedly questioned [redacted] regarding a weapon and used physical force against him (Allegations G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]); Allegation H: Force, [redacted]).
