On August 22, 2019, at approximately 2:00 p.m., [redacted] was inside of her apartment at [redacted] in Manhattan [redacted] when, PO Lissette Guerrerodeoleo and PO Sahib Singh, of the 19th Precinct, came to her door. PO Guerrerodeoleo and PO Singh presented [redacted] with a legal document that stated that the NYPD was to accompany [redacted] s ex-husband, [redacted] to retrieve their children's' personal belongings from [redacted] s apartment.
[redacted] told PO Guerrerodeoleo and PO Singh that she spoke with her lawyer and did not need to let them into her apartment. [redacted] closed her door and PO Guerrerodeoleo told her that she could be arrested (Allegation A -Abuse of Authority: Threat of arrest: [redacted]). This threat was allegedly made under Sgt. Ross's supervision (Allegation B -Abuse of Authority: Threat of arrest: [redacted]).
PO Jaily Polancobalcacer and Sgt. Patrick Ross, both of the 19th Precinct, arrived at the incident location. [redacted] exited her apartment with her housekeeper, only known as [redacted] and walked toward the elevator bank. PO Polancobalcacer approached [redacted] and stopped her in the hallway (Allegation C - Abuse of Authority: Stop: [redacted]). PO Guerrerodeoleo and PO Singh also approached [redacted] and stopped her in the hallway under Sgt. Ross's supervision (Allegation D, Allegation E, and Allegation F - Abuse of Authority: Stop: [redacted]). PO Guerrerodeoleo grabbed [redacted] s right arm and squeezed it (Allegation G - Force: Physical force: [redacted]). Allegedly, this force was used under Sgt. Ross's supervision (Allegation H - Force: Physical force: [redacted]).
Sgt. Ross told PO Guerrerodeoleo, PO Singh, and PO Polancobalcacer to let [redacted] go. The officers stood aside and allowed [redacted] to pass. Sgt.
