On September 20, 2019, at approximately 4:30 p.m., PO Alex Merizalde and PO Monet Allen from the 78th Precinct responded to [redacted]s 911 call regarding a stolen phone at 394 4th Avenue in Brooklyn. PO Merizalde frisked [redacted]Is bag to locate the phone (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]) and he allegedly searched it as well (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). PO Merizalde allegedly refused to provide [redacted] his name (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]) and he did not give her his RTKA business card (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
