On September 20, 2019, at approximately 6 a.m., Sergeant David Grieco and officers from the 67th Precinct entered and searched [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). At the 67th Precinct stationhouse, Sgt. Grieco threatened [redacted] with the arrest of [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), and called [redacted] "a bitch" (Allegation D: Offensive Language, [redacted]), and an "asshole" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Sgt. Grieco and officers entered and searched [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegations F and G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
