On September 16, 2019, at approximately 5:00 p.m., in the vicinity of [redacted] in the Bronx, [redacted] called 911 to file a harassment report against staff members at his building. PO Imran Alli and PO Juan Peralta, of the 42nd Precinct, responded to the location. [redacted] initially answered the door with the chain lock engaged. PO Alli explained to [redacted] that he needed to go to the hospital and PO Peralta requested EMS (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority – Forcible Removal to Hospital, [redacted]). PO Alli told [redacted] that if he did not open the door that someone would come to take the door and he would be responsible for fixing the door (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority - Threat to damage property, [redacted]). PO Alli placed his foot in the doorway to prevent [redacted] from shutting his door (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority – Entry of Premises, [redacted]).
