On June 07, 2018, [redacted] invited a woman he knew only as [redacted] into his home. He took a shower and when he got out of the shower, [redacted] was gone, as was his wallet, which contained approximately $500 and his Chinchilla fur coat, which he had purchased for $7,500.
On June 08, 2018, Detective Patrick Horkan, of the 47th Precinct Detective Squad called [redacted] and asked him to come to the [redacted] in the Bronx to discuss the robbery that took place the day before. [redacted] went to the [redacted] where he was interviewed in a room by Detective Horkan and Detective Ransford Wisdom, also of the 47th Precinct Detective Squad.
Throughout the 21 minute interview, Detective Horkan and Detective Wisdom repeatedly spoke to [redacted] using profanity including, "fuck," "fucking," "shit," and "bullshit," (Allegation A and Allegation B: Discourtesy: Word: [redacted]) During the course of the interview, Detective Horkan and Detective Wisdom repeatedly questioned and accused [redacted] of paying for sex with [redacted] (Allegation C and Allegation D: Abuse of Authority: Question: [redacted]). Furthermore, Detective Horkan allegedly said, "You paid for the pussy and didn't get nothing," and both he and Detective Wisdom both spoke to [redacted] about him "fucking" [redacted] (Allegation E and Allegation F: Abuse of Authority: Sexual Misconduct: Sexual Humiliation: [redacted]). Both detectives also discussed the gender identity of [redacted] with [redacted]. Detective Wisdom repeatedly referred to [redacted] as a "tranny" and after engaging in a back and forth with [redacted] about whether [redacted] was a man or a woman, Detective Horkan said, "Two against one that looks like a guy" (Allegation G and Allegation H: Offensive Language: Gender Identity: [redacted]).
After approximately twenty minutes, Detective Horkan told [redacted] that they were not going to investigate his complaint because it was not a police matter. He told [redacted] that he "got beat and that was the end of it." [redacted] then left...
