On October 1, 2019 Detective Jesse Colon and Police Officer James Gaynor of the 122nd Precinct Detective Squad arrived at [redacted]'s residence at [redacted] in Staten Island in search of [redacted]'s ex-boyfriend, [redacted] who she had an active order of protection against.
