On September 27, 2019, at approximately 8:30 p.m., as [redacted] exited BJ's Wholesale Club, located at 339 Gateway Drive in Brooklyn, she was stopped by PO Ahmad Brannon of the 69th Precinct (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority, [redacted] PO Brannon pulled [redacted] back to the store entrance (Allegation B – Force, [redacted] and said, "I'm going to knock you the fuck out" (Allegation C – Abuse of Authority, [redacted] (Allegation D – Discourtesy, [redacted] was told that her bag needed to be checked and she refused.
