On October 4, 2019, at approximately 1:02 p.m., [redacted] was involved in a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Vandam Street and Hunters Point Avenue in Queens. [redacted] called 911 and reported the accident, which prompted EMS to arrive at the scene. [redacted] his passengers and EMS waited over an hour for the police to arrive.
