On October 11, 2019, [redacted] went to the 60th Precinct Stationhouse to check on her son, [redacted] who had recently been arrested. Police Officer Michael Kennedy, assigned to the 60th Precinct, called [redacted] a "piece of shit" (Allegation A: Discourtesy- [redacted]). [redacted] told Lieutenant Michael Desposito, also assigned to the 60th Precinct, that she wished to file a complaint against PO Kennedy, and Lt.
