On October 27, 2019, at 9:45 p.m., [redacted] called 911 to report an incident of abuse, and to have his mother, [redacted] arrested. When officers from the 109th Precinct arrived on scene [redacted] was not present, so they spoke with [redacted] who stated that [redacted] was upset after not wanting to take his prescribed prescription medication for his bi- polar and schizophrenia diagnosis.
