On August 7, 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m. [redacted] went to the Transit Bureau District 20 stationhouse located at the Briarwood subway station in Queens to file a complaint against officers for an incident that occurred earlier that day. [redacted] approached the desk sergeant, Sergeant Spiridon Katehis of Transit Bureau District 20. [redacted] described the incident at the Jamaica Center subway station and asked to file a complaint against the officers involved. Sgt. Katehis told [redacted] to contact the CCRB and provided the CCRB's contact information. Sgt.
