Summary

On November 4, 2019, at approximately 7:15 a.m., [redacted] was on a northbound C train commuting to work. PO Denil Dsouza of the 75th Precinct told the conductor to stop the train at the Liberty Avenue station in Brooklyn, which the conductor did. [redacted] and the other passengers on the train asked PO Dsouza what was happening. PO Dsouza said that there was a missing 10 year-old. [redacted] stated that he needed to get to work. PO Dsouza allegedly called [redacted] an "asshole" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Dsouza walked away towards the end of the train, and when he returned, [redacted] spoke with him again.
