On November 6, 2019, at approximately 3:31 a.m., Police Officers Giovanni Fini, Michael Kaminsky, and Anthony Robitialle, all of the 75th Precinct, responded to a 911 call from an unidentified female regarding an assault in the vicinity of New Jersey Avenue and Hegeman Avenue in Brooklyn.
