Summary

On November 20, 2019 at approximately 10:22 a.m., [redacted] was walking down 1st avenue between 5th and 6th street in Manhattan when he saw a police vehicle parked in the bus lane. [redacted] went up to the rear, side, and front of the vehicle and took photos with his cell phone. He went up to the driver's side of the vehicle and asked PO Michael Jurena of the 9th Precinct why he was parked in the bus lane. PO Jurena told him to move to the sidewalk and [redacted] complied.
