On November 14, 2019, at approximately 7:39 p.m., PO Sean Robinson and PO Michael Brenner of the 7th Precinct responded to a 911 call in front of 179 Madison Avenue in Manhattan. At the location, PO Robinson used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]).
