On November 15, 2019, [redacted] was inside her apartment located at [redacted], in the Bronx with three unidentified males and her [redacted] old daughter, [redacted]. At 10:44 a.m., PO Rosa Almonte and PO Lucia Gaynor of the 50th Precinct responded to the location, and entered the apartment (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Anlu Rodriguez of the 50th Precinct later responded to the scene and Sgt. Rodriguez entered the apartment (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
