On January 8, 2020, at approximately 1:22 p.m., [redacted] and her [redacted]-old daughter, [redacted] went to the 84th Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint about officers repeatedly knocking on their door. She allegedly told Police Officer Jose Sanchez of the 84th Precinct that she wanted to file a complaint against the officers, and he allegedly responded, "I don't make reports against cops" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Refusal to Process Civilian Complaint, [redacted]).
