On July 20, 2019, PO Girard Moscato, then of the 73rd Precinct in Brooklyn, responded to a report of a man with a gun on the roof of [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Moscato responded to the scene, cleared the roof, and did not find anyone on the roof with a gun.
