In July 2019, [redacted] had a dispute with her husband, [redacted] which led to [redacted] officially alleging to the NYPD that [redacted] had stolen his phone. On July 27, 2019, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Detective Nicolas Perez of the 102nd Precinct Detective Squad attempted to call [redacted] but reached [redacted] instead.
