On January 17, 2020, at approximately 8:51 p.m., [redacted] left her apartment at [redacted] in the Bronx to go to the store. [redacted] saw PO Julissa Garcia and nine other officers, all from the 112th Precinct, standing outside with several EMTs. The officers approached [redacted] and told her that they received a 9-1-1 call stating that she was homicidal. [redacted] denied being homicidal and walked away. The officers grabbed [redacted]'s arms, handcuffed her, and sat her down on an ambulance stretcher. [redacted] asked the officers for their shield numbers. None of the officers provided this information (Allegations A - G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). The officers strapped [redacted] to a stretcher and placed her into the ambulance. PO Garcia searched [redacted]'s bag to obtain her identification (Allegation M: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
