On January 31, 2020, at approximately 3:44 a.m., [redacted] went to the 79th Precinct Stationhouse in Brooklyn to file a complaint regarding police officers running a red light with no emergency lights on. Police Officer Louilly Taveras—of the 79th Precinct-informed [redacted] that he would not take his complaint (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] told PO Taveras that the situation was not fair, after which he left the stationhouse, without PO Taveras processing his complaint regarding police officers.
There were no summonses issued or arrests made as a result of this incident.
