On February 27th, 2020, at approximately 12:30 am, [redacted] was driving in the vicinity of Bedford Avenue and Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn when he was allegedly pulled over by Sgt. Michael Kreismer and Police Officer Kevin Lynch, both of the 81st Precinct (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] PO Lynch told [redacted] the vehicle smelled like marijuana, at which point he ordered [redacted] to exit the vehicle.
