On March 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM, Sergeant Gesner Charles, Police Officer Destenin Perez, Police Officer Antonious Michael, and Police Officer Roger Delfosse of the 71st Precinct responded to [redacted]'s residence at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] spoke to the officers in the hallway outside of her apartment for a few minutes, then attempted to reenter her apartment. Sgt. Charles held the door open and stepped into the apartment while the other officers entered the apartment without [redacted]'s consent (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Inside of the apartment, PO Michael grabbed [redacted]'s arm and twisted it (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). PO Perez used a police shield to hit [redacted]'s legs (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). Sgt.
