Summary

On March 27, 2020, at approximately 1:10 p.m., in front of the 101st Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] approached the gate of the stationhouse parking lot because she saw her son's vehicle inside. When the gate was lifted partially, [redacted] bent down and questioned PO Numael Amador of the 101st Precinct about the vehicle. PO Amador approached [redacted] grabbed her by the shoulders, and moved her further down the sidewalk and away from the gate (Allegation A - Force: Physical Force, [redacted]).
[redacted] did not receive a summons and was not arrested as a result of this incident. [redacted] received medical treatment from Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) at the incident location. Read report for details.
