On March 20, 2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m., [redacted] was parked in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn with his friend, [redacted]. Sergeant Frederick Manney of the 79th Precinct conducted a vehicle stop with Police Officer Patrick Reilly and Police Officer Antonio Zorrilla of the 79th Precinct (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority: Vehicle Stop, [redacted]). PO Zorrilla allegedly interfered with [redacted]'s use of a recording device (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority: Interference with a Recording Device, [redacted]).
