On May 7, 2020, at approximately 2:10 a.m., [redacted] an Uber driver, picked up three unidentified passengers before being pulled over on Euclid Avenue between Sutter Avenue and Belmont Avenue in Brooklyn by PO John Sikora, Sgt. Daniel Berardi, PO William Schumacher, PO Mahmudul Bhuiyan, PO Michael Vitale, and PO Matthew McCurry of the 75th Precinct (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority: [redacted]) PO Schumacher searched an unidentified passenger and PO Bhuiyan searched a second unidentified passenger and frisked a third unidentified passenger (Allegations B-D – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Bhuiyan searched [redacted]'s car (Allegation E – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). Sgt.
