Summary

On May 6th, 2020, at approximately 3:20pm, [redacted] called 911 to report a stolen check from his residence located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Leon Batson and PO Rawn Browne, both of the 70th Precinct, responded to the location. PO Browne and PO Batson met [redacted] outside of his home and informed [redacted] that he could not file a larceny report regarding his stolen check. PO Batson requested EMS to [redacted] and allegedly told [redacted] "You need to go to the hospital" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
