On May 14, 2020, at approximately 5:30 p.m., in the vicinity of [redacted] in the Bronx, Sergeant Aleksandr Kovalenko of Bronx Narcotics allegedly said [redacted] to, "Shut the fuck up, you stupid bitch" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]) (Allegation B: Offensive Language, [redacted]). Sgt. Kovalenko spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]) and [redacted] (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
[redacted] asked Sgt. Kovalenko for his shield number and he allegedly refused to provide it (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Kovalenko spat into [redacted] vehicle where [redacted] was seated and stuck his middle finger up as he drove away (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]) (Allegation G: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
