On May 12, 2020, at approximately 2:24 p.m., [redacted] was at the residence of her sister, [redacted] at the basement level of [redacted] in Staten Island. [redacted] had a verbal dispute with her neighbor, who called 911 (BR02). Police Officers Matthew Shostak and Adam Aliotta, both then assigned to the 121st Precinct, responded to the location.
