On May 22, 2020, at approximately 10:23 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were in front of 7 Revere Place in Brooklyn with [redacted] and several unidentified individuals. Lieutenant Forrest Hirsch and Police Officers Michael Desposito, Gregory Trimarchi, and Sean Walsh, then assigned to Patrol Borough Brooklyn North Anti-Crime, arrived on the scene. Lt. Hirsch allegedly stopped and frisked [redacted] (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Desposito stopped and frisked an unidentified individual (Allegations C-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Walsh stopped and frisked [redacted] (Allegations E-F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Walsh searched [redacted]'s fanny pack (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lt. Hirsch allegedly shoved [redacted] and [redacted] to the ground (Allegations H-I: Force, [redacted]). Lt. Hirsch allegedly said, "Shut the fuck up," to civilians on scene (Allegation J: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Lt. Lt. Hirsch arrested [redacted] While handcuffing [redacted] and placing her in a police vehicle, Lt. Hirsch allegedly struck [redacted] with his elbow (Allegation M: Force, [redacted]) and allegedly struck her against the side of the vehicle (Allegation N: Force, [redacted]). The officers and [redacted] entered the police vehicle to drive away from the scene. [redacted] approached the police vehicle, and PO Desposito shoved [redacted] back twice (Allegation O: Force [redacted]; Allegation P: Force, [redacted]). PO Desposito failed to offer a business card to the individual he stopped and frisked, and PO Walsh failed to offer a business card to [redacted] (Allegations Q-R: Abuse of [redacted]).
