On May 18, 2020, at approximately 10 a.m., [redacted] received a phone call from an unknown private number. When [redacted] answered, PO Malika Thompson of the 101st Precinct stated she was calling from the 101st Precinct and that she was with [redacted] the foster mother of [redacted] s children. PO Thompson stated [redacted] filed a report against [redacted] for harassing her and calling the Administration for Children's Services (ACS). PO Thompson told [redacted] that she would be arrested for harassment (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). [redacted] immediately hung up and then called the 101st Precinct to get PO Thompson's name to file a complaint with IAB.
