On May 23rd, 2020, at approximately 1:57AM, in the vicinity of 575 East Tremont Avenue, [redacted] and his cousin [redacted] were driving towards a friend's house, located at [redacted] Police Officers Edin Bacovic, Jonathan Gonzalez, and Sergeant Michael Vega, all from the 48th Precinct, pulled over [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
