On March 14, 2020, at approximately 11:45 p.m., [redacted] stood in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] stood outside a vehicle whose occupants included [redacted] and other unknown individuals. Lieutenant Henry Daverin of the 79th Precinct, who was with Police Officer Antonio Zorrilla of the 79th Precinct and Police Officer Michael Zweifler of the 79th Precinct, stopped the occupants of the vehicle (Allegations A and B, Abuse of Authority: Stop, [redacted]). Lieutenant Daverin, PO Zorrilla, and PO Zweifler arrested [redacted] and in doing so interfered with his recording the incident (Allegations C, D, and E, Abuse of Authority: Interference with Recording, [redacted]).
