Summary

On May 30, 2020, at approximately 9:00 p.m., [redacted] was attending public demonstrations against police brutality in the vicinity of One Union Square South located at East 14th Street between Broadway and 4th Avenue in Manhattan. She observed Sgt. Michael Pomerantz, of Narcotics Borough Manhattan North, kick an empty trash can in the middle of the street which hit an unidentified civilian (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
