Summary

On May 29, 2020, at approximately 9:07 p.m., [redacted] and other unidentified individuals participated in a protest against police brutality in front of the 88th Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn. An unidentified officer told civilians to "get the fuck back" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
Captain William Gallagher, from the Central Park Precinct, oversaw officers strike civilians with police shields (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). Capt.
