On June 3, 2020 at approximately 8:30 p.m., [redacted] was participating in a protest which reached the intersection of Tillary Street and Cadman Plaza West in Brooklyn, where [redacted] met an unidentified female whom he did not know. Both [redacted] and the unidentified female interacted with Police Officer Evgeny Kramar, of the 94th Precinct.
