On June 4, 2020, at approximately 10:40 p.m., [redacted] was participating in a protest at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Fulton Street in Brooklyn when they observed Police Officer Anthony Mesa from PSA 1 grab [redacted] by the hair and pull her to the side of the road (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]).
