On June 5th, 2021, at approximately 11:30pm, [redacted] and [redacted] who [redacted] offered [redacted] a ride from Manhattan to his home at [redacted] in the Bronx. Immediately before driving into [redacted]'s building complex, Police Officer Eric Bernard and Police Officer Samuel Mercado, of the 46th Precinct, stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants (Allegations A - C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
