Summary

At the time of the incident, [redacted] and her brother [redacted] had an open case with Detective Christopher Martin of the 71st Precinct Detective Squad about [redacted] s biological mother, who was threatening them and menaced them with a firearm.
On June 15, 2020, at 10:25a.m. [redacted] called the 71st Precinct Detective Squad to ask about the status of the case and spoke to Detective Martin. Detective Martin told her the police were too busy with the ongoing protests against police brutality and did not have time for her case. He then hung up the phone. [redacted] called back, and Detective Martin allegedly told her, "I don't give a fuck about your case, stop calling" and hung up the phone again (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
