On June 5, 2020, at approximately 11:00pm, [redacted] was marching in a police brutality protest headed southbound on Nostrand Avenue between President Street and Crown Street in Brooklyn. The protest participants had been marching on the sidewalk, but when they reached Nostrand Avenue, some protesters began marching in the street. [redacted] was operating his wheelchair in the street. Several officers ordered the protesters who were in the street to move onto the sidewalk. Lieutenant Daniel Guida of the 71st Precinct approached [redacted] placed his hands on the back handles of [redacted]'s wheelchair, and wheeled him to the side of the street as [redacted] tried to prevent the wheels of his wheelchair from moving with his hands (Allegation A: Force; [redacted]).
