Further details on conclusions.
On June 18, 2020 at approximately 3:30 p.m., [redacted] walked through the intersection of 6th Avenue and Dean Street in Brooklyn. The street and sidewalks on 6th Avenue were blocked by silver metal barricades and PO Staci Jogie of the 78th Precinct stood guard. PO Jogie allowed approximately five light-complexioned individuals pass through the gate but did not allow [redacted] to pass through. [redacted] asked PO Jogie why she could not pass through. PO Jogie responded that "people like you beat up cops" (Allegation A—Offensive Language, [redacted]). [redacted] interpreted this statement as having to do with her race. Read report for details.
