On June 19, 2020, at approximately 4:00 a.m., [redacted] was at her home at [redacted] in Staten Island, smoking marijuana with some friends. Also present were [redacted] (the owner of the house) and [redacted] (a friend of [redacted] whom [redacted] met that night when he brought unidentified mutual friends to her house. [redacted] and [redacted] had a verbal altercation after [redacted] allegedly took $50 of [redacted] money from his wallet. [redacted] or a friend prevented [redacted] from leaving, and she called the police.
After [redacted] called 911, Police Officer Louis Calcaterra, Police Officer Robert Bono, Police Officer Salvatore Fraccavento, and Police Officer Matthew Russo, all of the 122nd Precinct, arrived. [redacted] told the officers that [redacted] had stolen from him, and [redacted] told the officers that [redacted] had given her the money, then tried to take it back.
