On June 21, 2020 at approximately 11:00 a.m., [redacted] called the police to [redacted] wanted to file a harassment report against an unidentified homeless individual staying at the shelter. PO Corey Beswick and PO Regina McNeil of the 14th Precinct refused to prepare her report and stated that it was not harassment. [redacted] asked PO Beswick and PO McNeil for their shield numbers, which they did not provide (Allegations A and B—Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). No arrests or summons resulted from this incident.
