[redacted] and [redacted] were having an altercation in their apartment in which [redacted] threatened to hurt himself and [redacted] feared for her safety. [redacted] called 911 at 7:37PM and Lieutenant Kevin Maloney of the 52 Precinct responded. [redacted] alleged Lt.
