On June 2, 2020, at approximately 11:30p.m., in the vicinity of Houston Street in the Lower East Side in Manhattan, [redacted] and [redacted] walked home when an unmarked vehicle drove up to them. Four unidentified officers rolled down their windows and licked their lips towards [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, officers unidentified). One of the unidentified officers called [redacted] a "stupid bitch." (Allegation B: Discourtesy and Allegation C: Offensive Language, officer unidentified).
[redacted] and [redacted] walked along 42nd Street, near the Bryant Park Subway Station, when they noticed the road was barricaded and a large group of approximately 20 uniformed officers stood nearby. [redacted] asked several officers if they could get through the barricade so that they could get to the train station in Times Square. Deputy Inspector Kenneth Gorman from Transit District 01 instructed officers to arrest her. PO Maria Chau, PO Kelvin Nunez, PO Akmannur Hossain from Transit Bureau 1, Lt. Anthony Blanco from Office of Management Analysis and Planning, and Det. Mark Moccia from the 47th Detective Squad approached [redacted] grabbed her, and dragged her to the ground (Allegations D – H: Force, unsubstantiated).
