On September 4, 2020, [redacted] of the New York City Council made a post to his Twitter account asking that an investigation be conducted into a possible NYPD work slowdown. In response, Sergeant Ed Mullins, the president of the Sergeants' Benevolent Association (SBA), made a post to the SBA's verified Twitter account, @SBANYPD, in which he called [redacted] a "first class whore" (Allegation A: Offensive Language - Sexual Orientation, [redacted] The post has since been taken down, but it was documented in several news articles (Board Review #01-03).
