Summary

On September 22, 2020 various officers responded to a vehicle accident at [redacted] They arrested [redacted] for driving while intoxicated. Prior to taking him to the stationhouse for processing, PO Ajdina Musovic transported [redacted] to Mt. Sinai [redacted] Hospital and was joined by PO Christopher Tarricone and PO Felix Paulino, all of the 28th PCT. PO Matthew Morales of Highway Unit 1 also responded to the hospital. While in the emergency department, [redacted] requested to use the restroom multiple times. Eventually, PO Paulino held a portable hospital urinal for the handcuffed [redacted] so he could relieve himself. While [redacted] used the urinal, some urine spilled outside the urinal.
